By accessing ScreenTestLab.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, regardless of registration status or location.
2. Use of the tools
ScreenTestLab provides free online screen testing tools for personal and commercial use. You may use the tools to test any display you own or have permission to test. You may not: (a) use the tools to damage or attempt to damage any display, (b) scrape, mirror, or republish the tools without written permission, (c) use the tools as part of a paid service without attribution, or (d) attempt to overload, hack, or interfere with the site's operation.
3. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will detect every defect, that readings will be accurate on every device, or that the site will be available at all times. You use the tools at your own risk. Always verify critical results with a professional calibration tool before making purchasing or warranty decisions.
4. Limitation of liability
ScreenTestLab, its authors, and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the tools, including but not limited to: incorrect purchasing decisions based on test results, missed warranty deadlines, eye strain from prolonged testing, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, code, and original content are © ScreenTestLab. The test patterns themselves (solid colors, gradients, checkerboards) are public domain. You are free to take screenshots of test patterns for documentation or warranty claims.
6. Third-party links
We link to external resources (Wikipedia, VESA, ISO, manufacturer spec sheets) for reference. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
